Alert) Corporation and eProcurement solutions have introduced a French version of Usage Management/Call Accounting (ICM UM) software.
Avotus, a provider of Telecom Expense Management (TEM), is expecting that via this ICM UM French version its competitive position will strength in French speaking markets around the world.
Supported by Avotus’s French speaking Service Delivery team based in Boucherville, Quebec, this new French version will feature translated user screens and reports, and will be maintained and kept in sync with all future ICM Usage Management releases.

as well as other popular platforms, according to Avotus.
Noting that Avotus currently has a strong presence in the French speaking regions of Canada and in the European Union, Alan Gold, chief marketing officer at Avotus, said in a press statement, “Our customers and partners will welcome the French version of ICM UM as an enhancement to our solution’s usability in these areas, and thus gain significant productivity improvement.”
Avotus is considered to be one of the pioneers in automated telecom expense management, and offers end-to-end, technology-based solution for managing, understanding, and reducing voice and data spend.
Bringing together eProcurement, Expense Management and Usage Management in one complete lifecycle management solution, Avotus states that it is “changing the way businesses source, procure, and manage their worldwide communications spend and assets.”
In January, Avotus formed a partnership with Digital Connections (DCI), a system integrator and certified reseller of Nortel (

Alert) and Cisco telecom products.
As part of January partnership agreement, DCI is offering Avotus’ entire suite of Call Accounting and wireless offerings to its client base, across a range of vertical markets, including healthcare, finance, hospitality, utilities, retail, manufacturing and distribution, education and aviation.
