IdeaScope, Orasi Software’s on-demand product feedback management software division, has been acquired by Ryma Technology Solutions (

Alert).
Ryma made the acquisition to increase its value to companies seeking strategic and tactical product direction decisions in order to sustain a competitive advantage.
“Our acquisition of IdeaScope shows our commitment to the world-wide product management community to provide solutions that support all activities of the innovation value chain,” said René Bellei, president and CEO at Ryma Technology Solutions, in a statement.
Ryma will integrate IdeaScope with its own product management software, FeaturePlan.
Nick Kavadellas, president and CEO of Orasi Software, said the integration will allow product managers to better anticipate customer requirements and turn them into business opportunities.
Specifically, the combined software will help companies change from a reactive style of management to a more proactive approach.
